Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received a monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 15^th of the month, a late fee of $50 will be automatically imposed.

Checks should be made payable to the BURNHAM PARK PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.

Please include a coupon along with your payment.  You may also drop off your payment to the Association's Management Office no later than the 15th of the month.
